Essentia Advisory is an independent Debt Advisor focused on the private equity market.
The company has been set up in 2009 by professionals with a strong credit culture gained while covering roles of high responsibility in Italian and international banks.
Our clients include both Italian and international private equity funds, which we support in the arrangement and restructuring of LBO financings in the Italian market.
The company recently moved its offices to the historical building Palazzo Agostoni in via Ariosto 21. Palazzo Agostoni represents one of the brightest pieces of Milan liberty style. Some details are visible in the other pages of the web site. The picture on the right shows part of the facade with the Italian and European flags, symbols which inspire us every time we pass by.
