ESSENTIA

Essentia has been set up by the ex ING Bank Italian Leveraged Finance team, that between 2002 and 2009, starting from scratch, managed to establish itself at the highest levels of the Italian market, realizing as sole arranger or global coordinator some landmark transactions like, for example, Rhiag, N&W, Metroweb and Ceme. As Essentia we aimed to bring the banking culture and experience in the advisory business, thus proposing ourselves as a long term partner, not solely focused on closing the deal, but to make it a successful deal.
