Alberto Arrotta

15 years experience in Leveraged Finance; CEO of Essentia since its start up in 2009.

Before, Head of ING Leveraged Finance and Sponsor Coverage Italy since inception in 2002. Previously Alberto worked as Director in the Leveraged Finance Team at The Royal Bank of Scotland and before as Country Risk Officer at ABN AMRO with exposure to all banking risk products. He started his career as “Funzionario” for Mediocredito Lombardo, now part of Intesa Group, in charge of LBOs and structured finance for the Milan area.

Execution of a broad range of transactions, both domestic and pan−European, including LBOs, Public to Private, Development capital, Corporate acquisitions, amongst others.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
